On August 27th 2015, we decided to hand harvest the few grapes we had on our experimental vineyard planted with the new grape variety called Cal 6-04. We harvested only about 100 kilos of grapes and worked on a micro vinification. Imagine how excited we were to experiment new grapes variety in Bordeaux and discover how will taste the finished wines!

3 month later, the wine was ready for bottling: only 40 bottles made

We sent out a few bottles to friends and journalists that visited us during the year and were curious too to taste it.
