Few years ago, owner of the celebrated restaurant La Tupina, Jean-Pierre Xiradakis met the Ducourt family that has been making wines in Bordeaux since 1858.
Together, they decided to revive the fortunes of the Blanc Limé. Made to an authentic French recipe, ingredients include quality dry white wine with a mix of selected natural aromas and gentle spritz. In the 50’s this was the style in the cafés of south-west France and Parisian brasseries.
